    Kept waiting 20 mins after appointment time, referred to as “him on the bench” when my time came. No apology for the wait and the speed at which the hairdresser cut my hair showed just how much I was wanted in the salon, I was clearly a nuisance. It’s chaos, stupid conversations between staff and no customer care. I’ll go to another hairdresser to sort out the mess they’ve made... don’t waste your money there are far more professional hairdressers in Mackay who will welcome your business.... I’m angry over this lack of basic respect as a paying customer
